His craft leads to unique, delicious flavors that you just want more! People couldn't get enough, and were going up for seconds and thirds! Chef Tim and Sous Chef Sherrita had no issues keeping up- they were cranking it out as fast as they were coming! The presentation was gorgeous and the taste of everything was to match!  We cannot praise this team enough; Chef Tim blew it out of the water, and exceeded our expectations.
